Treatments:
shi-animal-atsu(TM) (shiatsu) for dogs

(more information on Shiatsu for dogs here)

A treatment for a dog takes 1 - 1½ hours.

Dog treatments are carried out on the floor in the purpose built treatment room at Roseheart Kingdom (home visits are available by prior arrangement).

The dog should be clean and free from mud and any faeces so allowing the opportunity to work close to the meridians.

Treatments should be arranged at a quiet time, ie away from any disturbances eg children, visitors, feeding or walking time.

The owner's/caretaker's presence is required the whole time, this will allow the opportunity to ask those all important questions during the treatment and of course for safety.

For safety reasons the answering of phones, blackberries, and the sending of texts during treatment is prohibited.

Please expect your dog to have at least one day's rest following a treatment, this will allow the opportunity for the treatment to be given the chance to integrate releasing all their aches and pains, regaining calmness and soundness again. Lead walking only is advisable for the next day following.

Prior to the treatment a courtesy call to your vet is required to let them know you have chosen to do complementary therapy with your dog, this also establishes a working relationship with your vet regarding your dog’s problem and therefore resolves the problem so much quicker.

Cost: £45.00 per session
